Biography

“If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor”  ~ Desmond Tutu

I chose to work in Higher Education because…
It is important to me that I do meaningful work. As an advisor I have the opportunity to build relationships with students to help guide them along their academic journey to reach their greatest potential.

My favorite place on campus is…
Danforth Chapel – it is a quaint place for reflection and the stained glass is mesmerizing!

If you only had 1 day to explore Lawrence, what would you do?
Browse every book store in town!

Advice to college students:
Persistence is key. No matter what cards you are dealt, keep playing. After a re-shuffle, you might just land the best hand!
